John,
       I'd ask for a guarantee it'll hold shifting vacuum at the CV/AS Port Carb junction which is where the small hose connects (read my rebuild attempts on these) at that price. I was picking these up off TheSamba classifieds for 40-60 US.

Thank you for the advice. Before the Internet was in full swing, all one heard is that parts were not available. I suppose at the time, it was true. Today, are there any parts that are truly not available ? I can find every part that I can think of but that does not mean that I have covered everything.
