Just wondering if I try to start my autostick on a stand will it pump fluid out the metal line on oil pump?

Yes it  will pump out ATF unless both pipes are disconnected. but then You are running the dual pump without any Automatic transmission fluid [DEXRON] so the seal in the pump wouldn't be lubricated... and if the ATF seal is worn out ATF will be forced into the engine oil, as ATF pressure is more than oil pressure. You should also replace both seals in the dual PUMP...  You could run the engine if You had the ATF tank connected at the bottom and a hose going into the top of the tank so that ATF is flowing thru the pump..
If You could set up a pipe or hose going from one side of the pump to the other and have some ATF in the hose/pipe so the pump is lubricated....
