There were 191 VW's

This was in conjunction with the new VW plant being built in North America in Chattanooga Tn.

I'm at 9 min 11 sec in the AS Bug!
White 1972 with Empi 8 spokes and hella foglights with covers...
Have fun watching it.
We had fun making it.
Local Club is the Scenic City Volks Folks:
-1972 AS Beetle - original AE 1600DP - Bone stock .
only mod: Empi 8 spokes and 195 60 15 Goodyear's
Hey, it'll do 82 mph - good enough for me and the family.
-1976 VW Automatic Type 2 Westfalia Deluxe - Sage green. 1.8 Type IV.

Hiya ASB,

Y'know, that's pretty impressive.

That got me to thinking.  I'm sure that I've been to events where there were more VWs than in  your parade.  Parked in the parking lot mostly.  It would have been so much better to do a parade kind of thing and show off the cars instead of only having them sit.  After all, they were made to move.
