ATF Tank Capacity

I recently drained and removed the ATF tank from a 69 Karmann Ghia to paint the engine compartment.  Didn't measure how much fluid was in the tank before I drained it.  Can someone give me an estimate of how much fluid the tank holds so I know how much to get.
