Yes, I hope You All have a great 2018 driving Your autostick. Beetle or Karmann Ghia.
I don't actually know of any autostick KARMANN GHIAs in Australia.
Most Karmann Ghias in Australia were the very early manual cars. There are probably more late model LHD cars that have been imported from the USA in the past few years. but I don't personally know of any autostick models. Some may have been autosticks and have been converted to manual...

Well, so far in Country New South wales, in the Horse Capital of Australia, We have had very little rain.
The High temperatures have not actually started as yet... We have had a few 32C degree days but mostly under 26C so far and the nights are back down to 14C ...
I can still drive My VW Beetle until it gets to around 33C and above it is just too hot..
Christmas here means 40C degrees usually including the week before and the 3 weeks after, sometimes December and january are 40C degrees every day.... NO RAIN....
Remember that the 40C degrees is in the shade.... so a car sitting in the sun can be 50C degrees...
