Yes, that was a very cheap Karmann ghia ... maybe worth $25,000 AU$ or more... KG are very rare in Australia as they were only very briefly imported in 1959-1960 it was thought they were too expensive.... for Australia....
My beetle is probably worth $10,000 to $15,000 $AU so I was told recently...
