Hi
I found this photo of the 4 allen headed stainless steel allen headed bolts cut to size
and the spanner i used to tighten them up..
I had no problems with these , but when I came across 4 original bolts in good condition
I have used those..
the bolts need to be exactly the same length... no longer or You will hear Bang Bang Bang...
when you start the engine... lol

Hi Lee
When I removed my engine and tranny recently the PO had replaced the TC bolts with hex headed allen bolts they were easy to get out
I've heard some real horror stories with people trying to remove the tricky TC bolts, I'll be using these again when I get the engine back in
hopefully someday soon :-\

Hi
Many manuals stress NOT to drop these bolts into the housing....
I was always nervous about dropping one...
but there is a hole at the bottom...
maybe they might jam before they get to the hole..??
I haven't weighed the original bolts but I suppose it doesn't matter what You use
so long as You use 4 identical bolts.....
the originals were probably made like that so a machine could screw them in..
or maybe a worker with an electric tool of some kind... lol
cheers
LEE
