73,
For the spigot you can go to a Hobby shop or small metal shop and if they are worth their salt they will have small diameter lengths of brass/aluminium/steel tube for hobbyists. Grab one that is close to 4mm OD (3/16 should be OK) and so long as you use a 3/16 drill for the large boss hole (not the through hole to the venturi) then just cut a length of the tube, lock it in with araldite or super bearing mount and Bob's your fathers brother.
Scary is when you are machining a copper welding tip down to make the spigot late in the wee small hours and your tool bit snags and rips the thing clean out of the chuck ;D

I had my brother-in-law drill out my carburetor for me and got a SVDA distributor and now there is no flat spot when I take off from a dead stop or a sudden jerk when you put it in gear. I actually have to ease my foot off of the brake to make its in gear since I got used to the sudden jerk when it would engage. Makes a big difference, thanks for the advice Mike.

Hiya Stephanie,

My pleasure and I'm glad to hear everything is working out for you.  Sounds like you are about ready to cruise!
