Looks like I'll be getting a 1970 AS Bug in a few days, if all goes well.
I sold the '72 AS Bug a few years ago and have regretted it ever since.
I have had 26 Volkswagen's in the past 6 years, but the AS was my 1st and left me wanting another shortly after I sold it..
Currently working on a '73 Ghia, and have a show 1970 Allison "Daytona" factory assembled dune buggy in the fleet.
Looking forward to re-aquanting myself with everyone.

Hey, it'll do 82 mph - good enough for me and the family.

26, that's a fair old chunk of motors!  I'll be happy when ours is sorted.

I did have a 68 beetle about 10 years ago and My Son was driving it but found it had too much rust, so He sold it..
then |He told Me... lol
