Yes I still have the clutch servo. It's in very good condition. The rubber diaphragm is still very flexible without any tears or cracking in it. I'm not sure how much shipping would be but it weighs about 3 pounds.

I wouldn't hang around waiting for that e-mail. This thread is a year old. Since the original poster did include his e-mail address, you might want to contact him.
If he no longer has the parts you can still find servos and control valves at online salvage yards like Way-Out down in Arkansas.
