hey everyone,
i was wondering if anyone on here has a picture of the rear window sticker fitted to some autostick bugs that read automatic stick shift. ive found info about it in some books and one fuzzy black and white photo of a beetle with one in a book but thats it.
any help is greatly apreciated

C'mon guys! Dustin is travelling down the same path I started last year. I know that somewhere out there, one of you has a pretty good picture of the Automatic Stick Shift decal in a Bug rear window. We nned that picture in order to replicate that decal. Send us that picture - get a free decal if we can use it for repopping.
Heck, I'll even take ideas or leads. We're starting at zero and we need all the help we can get.

I've never seen the decal /sticker You are talking about.
I did see a pic of someones rear window which had the old sticker still there...
I can't remember what they looked like...
Maybe someone can come up with an idea of what they looked like...
anyone know what color they were??
were they on the inside or outside??

i have one pic from a book but its not that great, the sticker looks to be either white or grey. and i beleive is on the outside.

Just bumping this thread back up to the top in order to get a little more notice. We are making some good progress on this project, but it would still help to have a good picture of the original decal in place.
