its leaking oil

all over... and i dont know where its coming from, i thought it was from between the case but no and its just leaking all over.

Where is it leaking?
If its over the engine and dripping underneath it can be the oil cooler seals which are special VW parts and readily available at all VW shops..
When You are driving, the air blows the oil everywhere, so the only way to find it is clean up all the oil.... spray degreaser over all the oil then hose it all off... make sure You spray all under the engine too...

then start the engine and try to pinpoint where the oil is coming from...
The oil cooler itself may be leaking.... but I've never heard of this happening...
There is a gasket on the oil cooler too... between the oil cooler and the part it bolts too.... [doghouse oil cooler]

Once you get it cleaned up, you should be able to tell where it is coming from.  If it is the oil cooler or seals, the oil will usually start working its way out from under the fan shroud on the left side of the motor.  Typically it will pool right under the oil pressure switch.

ya i just got the torque converter to stop leaking now its leaking ATF fluid again so more work for me and i need to get underneath and see where its leaking ATF and oil. its getting annnoying.

My guess is the hoses.  They are probably originals, and it's due time for them to start dying out.
