Which years had the park feature and what would I need and have to do to fit one in a 1970 a.s. bug?

I don't know when they added the PARK to the Auto Sticks but You cannot just add it, You would have to change Your complete gearbox.....
So its Not Easy and probably not work the trouble...
Your Hand brake should be able to keep Your Beetle from running away.
