Fully automatic HELP

Can someone out there help me, I have a t3 and the auto gearbox has lost neutral and reverse....It creeps when in neutral and it starts up so it is lurking in there somewhere but reverse has totally disappeared..
Please please help as the fully auto boxes are as rare as rocking horse poo !!!!! mandi..

Mandi, can you tell me how this problem started ? or did you get the car this way ?  Dennis
