The autostick trans out of my 69 Beetle is for sale. It was in great running condition when I pulled it 3-4 years ago. It is located in Westfield, NJ, close to Newark airport. I pulled it because I am dropping a t4 engine in and I don't think the small autostick clutch would like it. Anyway, e-mail me if you are interested.

Hi Elwin,
Are there many Auto Sticks in New Zealand.. ?
they are fairly rare here..  although I am finding more on the Aussie Vee Dubbers Forum..
Most have been taken out & made into a manual car.
The semi auto chassis is also in Demand in Australia, as We did NOT have the IRS chassis in standard Beetles in Australia Only swing axles.
That is excepting One Year 1976.. the Last Beetle had IRS chassis same as stick shift semi auto..  in the US they had IRS in standard Beetles from 1969>....  but NO disc Brakes...

I have a complete Auto Stick-shift Trans out of a 1972 Karmann Ghia for sale.  I have the ATF tank, Torque Converter, Flywheel plate, All the hoses, and Gear Shift lever, and pedal assembly (LHD), and misc parts.  Located in Sydney Australia. The trans work well when it was pulled out in Early June 2004. Will need a new clutch.  Make an offer.
