Hi
Do You have the idle around 1000rpm?  which is recommended for autosticks.
plus the higher it revs at idle, the more ATF it is pumping.
I've noticed Mine goes up about 100-150 revs when I select neutral at traffic lights, so there is some drag there.
I'm thinking You are engaging the clutch but the drag is too much??
Try adjusting the clutch a but more..  I always adjust the clutch so I can select reverse without crunching..
then all the other gears are OK...
One other thing.. the switch in the gearlever may not be working correctly when you select reverse..
tighten the gear lever up slightly... If its too close, the switch will activate the clutch when you bump it when its just right it only opens the clutch when you move it forwards or backwards..

I hope these help

cheers

Hi
I had a leaking problem recently, was the gasket and sealant on the bottom of the carburetor...
I sprayed water on there and the engine stopped... lol
Done it again yesterday with the water hose...
No problem...
