How do folks,

Tango is my '73 Automatic KG coupe, a US import with one previous lady owner and just 25,450 miles from new. I imported her last year and now Tango is living here with me in West Yorkshire. The current carb is a Bocar 34 Pict 3 which works ok but I would like a genuine Solex carb.
Tango is totally stock, even down to the EGR value so having all the correct vacuum take off ports is important too.

Thank you for any help.

If you still need one, let me know.

I don't think the one I have is for an autostick, but I do have a Solex 34 Pict carby.

I'm in the U.S.

It would need rebuilt, but even across the pond, you may be able to get rebuild kits.

Hello Kyle,

Thank you for your offer of help with my carb situation. After reading up on sites such as samba.com I've decided to go the route of purchasing a fully restored 34 PICT 3 carb' suitable for my '73 KG from VolksBitz https://www.volkzbitz.com/

Even with the £ to $ exchange rate I think its a good value buy when compared to http://www.machine7.com/product.php?xProd=13617&xSec=3395

Best Wishes

Happy to hear you have it sorted.  VB knows his way around carbs, no doubt.
