New to Autostick- I'm a convert!!

I've had a couple of Bugs before, and loved them, but yesterday I test drove a beautiful 1971 autostick, bright yellow convertible.

I'm in love. I had my doubts about this whole "shift gears without a clutch pedal", but it was such a smooth ride, I'm hooked.

The current owner is still trying to decide if she wants to sell her baby, but it's looking pretty good for me to join the ranks here!!

I also own a '71 Super Vert, guess yellow was a popular color for them, because mine is yellow too, with a black interior and a white top. If you go to the postings about "Buggerfly" you will see a picture of her.
Please post pics of yours, would love to see another one. There are 3 yellow bugs in my VW club, all 4 speeds but yellow with black tops.
