just wanted to say a quick hello and introduce me and isobel,my blue(ish)67 semi auto......we have a long journey planned on the road back to her former glory,but got off to a flyer with a mot pass on wed,no issues at all

Welcome to our slightly twisted world of AutoSticks.

Post up some pictures and let us take a look at just what you have gotten yourself into.  And know that there is no real need to reinvent the wheel.  Most of us here are daily AutoStick drivers with loads of hands-on advice.  Then too quite a few of us do the actual wrenching on the cars so we have mechanical background for dealing with the AutoStick also.

We also have two or three other AutoStick drivers over in Jolly Old England, so help can be (sort of) local.
