VWAR Old forum !

I have a new 34 pict-3 that has no hole in the upper right spot where a vaccum port should be. There is the place for it, just not drilled. I need the upper vaccum for my auto-stick. Can I drill the hole through? If so, what size hole should it be?

I'm new to automatic VWs. My recently acquired 1970 Karmann Ghia AutoStick is being restored.  I haven't even driven it yet! I found your technical section very useful.

Yes, thanks Bjorn, from Australia... We have Norwegian weather here at present -2C degrees.  I am still restoring My 68AutoBug.  Hopefully by September it will be on the road... Thanks again for a great site and the Forum is also Great...

I would have converted mine by now if it was not for this site.  Major help to fixing my AS.  Most don't understand these cars thats why they put them down.  Thanks for helping me help them understand, this is easier to work on than most think!
