Engine rebuild question

I'm looking at rebuilding the engine i got last winter.  Now the question I have for right now is, Does the AS motor and the standard motor use the same Gland Nut?  I am asking because the one that is currently on this one is pretty bad looking.

I am not 100% sure but I have a feeling it doesn't. Not sure how bad bad looking is for you but it could be worth getting hold of a normal one on the off chance, failing that a trip to a machine shop is probaly the safest bet as another second hand one might be just as bad.

This doesn't really help I guess but if you do find out it would be nice to know,
